Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work on processing it. Processing typically takes between 4-9 business days. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Shipping Time & Costs

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100USD. For orders under $100USD, a shipping fee of $20USD applies.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may have restrictions or additional fees. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Luxe Tails is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the cost of your order or shipping fees.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Luxe Tails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s management office if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, The Luxe Tails is not liable for the delivery of the order.
